Why You Should Ride the Rails

So as many of you fellow jam band, reggae, and bluegrass enthusiasts might know, at many concerts there's a rail in front of the stage that only the coolest and sweetest and most connected phans get to ride.

For everyone's benefit I've made a list of the top 10 reasons why you should ride the rail.

1. The band gets to see you! It's really important that the band you're seeing knows you by face and hopefully by name. Face = the rail, and name = the backstage, if you're as connected as I am.

2. The sound quality is the best on the rail.

3. The chicks are the best on the rail.

4. There's the most space to get down on the rail lots of room to dance!

5. You can get the best shots on your cell phone iphone video camera blackberry on the rail.

6. There's a protected space in front of you so that when you're tweeting the set list to all your brahs nobody knocks your phone out of your hands.

7. Everyone will see you on the rail and know how cool you are and be super jealous!

8. You can brag the next day about riding the rail to all your friends in high school.

9. What would jesus do? He'd ride the rail.

Finally the number 10 and most important reason to ride the rail is.....

10. Railroad Earth has the word RAIL and RIDE in it!!! Uber heady!!!!
